Ashley Clemens MS, LMFT
Are you feeling overwhelmed in life? Do you feel you would appreciate an outside perspective to discuss concerns with? Do you have changes in your life you would like to make happen? I can help you explore the many concerns and joys life brings us. I have experience working with a range of age groups and concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, support through a life transition, and more. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I feel it is important to understand and explore how a system impacts all issues (a system may include: family of origin, work, school, friends, etc.). In order to best fulfill your needs for therapy, we will explore a variety of techniques to fit your unique situation.
One of the most important goals I have as a therapist is to create a warm, safe environment in which you feel comfortable and accepted. I prefer to work collaboratively with my clients to come up with treatment goals specific to your needs and desires for change and healing.
I have an understanding of how important it is for families of those with a special needs child to have support and an independent, safe space of their own to discuss any concerns impacting their life. I am also authorized to administer the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment.
