Ashley Clemens  MS, LMFT

Are you feeling overwhelmed in life? Do you feel you would appreciate an outside perspective to discuss concerns with? Do you have changes in your life you would like to make happen? I can help you explore the many concerns and joys life brings us. I have experience working with a range of age groups and concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, support through a life transition, and more. I feel it is important to understand and explore how a system impacts all issues, therefore I typically gain an extensive timeline of background information from my clients (a system may include: family of origin, work, school, friends, etc.). In order to best fulfill your needs for therapy, we may explore a variety of techniques and approaches to fit your unique situation including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness based techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and emotional focused modalities.

One of the most important goals I have as a therapist is to create a warm, safe environment in which you feel comfortable and accepted. I prefer to work collaboratively with my clients to come up with treatment goals specific to your needs and desires for change and healing, feedback is always welcome in my office.
